  • Identify operational inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement across internal systems and workflows.
  • Own and prioritise initiatives across internal platforms and tooling, ensuring delivery aligns with business goals and user needs.
  • Work closely with Product, UX, Engineering, and QA teams to shape solutions and deliver high-quality outcomes iteratively.
  • Translate complex operational requirements into clearly defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and deliverable outcomes.
  • Act as the bridge between technical teams and operational stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout delivery.
  • Use data, user feedback, and operational insight to inform decisions and measure success.
  • Take ownership of the delivery lifecycle from discovery through to implementation and continuous improvement.
  • Support and improve Agile ways of working, bringing ideas and suggestions to enhance team collaboration and delivery effectiveness.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, operational tooling, and industry best practices to continuously improve our digital ecosystem.Challenge existing ways of working constructively and bring a continuous improvement mindset to everything you do.
