An annual base salary between £40K - £50K (if you can evidence successfully fulfilling all of the listed duties & responsibilities). £70k–£80k OTE | Fast‑Track Your Career.

The Role:

Join Pure Pet Food’s rapidly scaling Direct Sales team and lead from the front. You’ll run and support field events, coach Brand Ambassadors, and own weekly results. Our channel has grown 5x since 2022 and is set to double again - top performers progress quickly (think Area Sales Manager within 12 months).

Duties and responsibilities of the role are:

  • Lead from the front at events and drive conversions.
  • Help recruit, train, and coach Brand Ambassadors.
  • Track KPIs, refine messaging, and improve hit rates.
  • Motivate the team and hold a high bar for excellence.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills – whether it’s securing the best event or streamlining your team.

Embodied by the fact – if a gazebo is damaged you will attempt to fix it. Strong organisational skills – able to juggle multiple events and adapt to changes on the fly. An Excel whiz – confident using spreadsheets for scheduling, tracking stock, and optimising routes. Detail-oriented and process-driven – ensuring nothing falls through the cracks when it comes to stock, logistics, and event setups.
  • New tricks: Drives and supports innovation by sharing ideas, communicating effectively and displaying an openness to change, embracing new concepts and ideas. An analytical mindset – able to track event performance, spot trends, and make data-backed decisions. Entrepreneurial spirit – you see opportunities everywhere and have the drive to bring big ideas to life.
