About the Role...
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that sits at the heart of our weekend sales engine. You’ll be out on the ground at shows and stands (Friday–Sunday), leading a team of Brand Ambassadors, smashing sales targets, and making sure every customer walks away with a five-star experience. During the week (Monday–Tuesday), you’ll be in the Leeds office handling planning, rotas, logistics and reporting.

We’re looking for a passionate, ambitious Assistant Manager to support the delivery of standout customer experiences and supercharge sales performance at our weekend events. What You’ll Be Doing...
Lead From the Front
- Own the success of our weekend events: coach Brand Ambassadors, drive conversions, and bring energy to every shift
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect Pure’s mission and values
Plan & Execute
- Manage rotas and ensure full staffing across all weekend locations
- Liaise with head office and warehouse teams to coordinate stock and event logistics
- Support the onboarding and development of new team members
Coach, Motivate & Inspire
- Conduct regular 1:1s with your team to review performance and build capability
- Lead by example on the shop floor—motivating your team to exceed expectations and celebrate wins
Track & Report
- Monitor weekly sales performance, identify trends and opportunities, and report insights to your Regional Sales Manager
- Spot risks early and take action to maintain momentum

What we’re looking for
It’s essential that you:
- Have experience managing a small team (2–5 people) in a fast-paced sales or retail environment
- Are highly target-driven and motivated by performance metrics
- Are a confident communicator and hands-on coach
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle (travel between shows is required)
- Can commit to a fixed weekend schedule: working Friday–Sunday, with Wednesday and Thursday as set days off
