The Creative Strategist role…
As a Creative Strategist, you’ll be part of our fast-paced Growth Team, creating performance-driven ad creatives across Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You'll work end-to-end on content creation — from idea to execution — collaborating closely with media buyers and other strategists to produce content that performs.

Duties and responsibilities of the role are:
- Develop creative concepts for paid social ads (UGC, video, static) based on data, trends, and creative theory.
- Write high-performing scripts - brilliant hooks and story
- Create briefs for production, including content direction for UGC creators and the in-house team
- Be able to film on a phone and a camera
- Edit videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci or CapCut
- Collaborate with our growth team to test and iterate on creatives based on ad performance
- Monitor creative performance using core metrics like CTR, CPA, Spend, Hook Rate, and Click Rate
- Stay ahead of trends on TikTok and Meta, proactively suggesting new content ideas
- Work closely with other creative strategists to push our creative output forward.

It’s essential that you have:
- 2–3 years of experience in creative, performance, content marketing, copywriting or organic social roles
- Confident in scripting, editing, and storytelling
- Hands-on video editing experience
- Data-driven and understands key paid social performance metrics
- Comfortable ideating, testing and iterating in a fast-moving environment
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and creative intuition
- Passionate about content and social media — especially TikTok and Instagram
- Entrepreneur and self-driven
- A collaborative team player who thrives in hybrid setups and cross-functional environments
