The Growth Executive role…

This is a hands-on, mid-level role, ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience in performance, marketing or digital marketing. Someone who is keen to get stuck in across multiple areas of growth—from ppc to landing pages, affiliate marketing, and conversion rate optimisation.

You’ll be at the core of the growth team, working alongside creative strategists, product teams and social ambassadors. The ideal candidate is someone excited by experimentation, data, and learning by doing.

Duties and responsibilities of the role are:

  • Managing the PPC account to target new audiences, control spend and drive acquisitions.
  • Working with affiliates and affiliate marketing tools to bring in new sources of customers and activate and manage partners.
  • Working with the growth team to improve landing pages and website content to increase conversion rate and connect the full funnel from first touch to signup.
  • Working cross-functionally and collaborating with other areas across the business to drive growth initiatives.
  • Reporting on changes and improvements to the wider business
  • Actively understanding the data and striving to improve the results at a macro level in the day-to-day

It’s essential that you:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or growth, preferably having worked in smaller DTC businesses.
  • A willingness to get stuck in, work outside your remit and enable growth across the business.
  • An understanding of data and a desire to learn more and get stuck in with experimentation.
  • A growth mindset.
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment, prioritising outputs and results over process and hierarchy.
