The role:
Based at our main Southwest hub in Bristol, you will manage a growing team of Brand Ambassadors running more than 20 events each week across the region from Cardiff to Cornwall.
You will take full responsibility for driving sales growth, customer retention, and team performance. Your role is to make sure events deliver results, Brand Ambassadors are well supported, and all operations run smoothly.
You won’t need to attend every event but you will be the first point of contact if anything goes wrong, especially at weekends when most of our customer acquisition happens. This role moves fast and requires energy, precision, and ambition.
