The role:

Based at our main Southwest hub in Bristol, you will manage a growing team of Brand Ambassadors running more than 20 events each week across the region from Cardiff to Cornwall.

You will take full responsibility for driving sales growth, customer retention, and team performance. Your role is to make sure events deliver results, Brand Ambassadors are well supported, and all operations run smoothly.

You won’t need to attend every event but you will be the first point of contact if anything goes wrong, especially at weekends when most of our customer acquisition happens. This role moves fast and requires energy, precision, and ambition.

Duties and responsibilities:

What You Will Be Doing

  • Driving sales across the region from acquisition to conversion and retention
  • Leading and developing a high performing team of Brand Ambassadors
  • Running operations from our Bristol hub and providing local support
  • Using Excel, CRM, and dashboards to analyse and present performance data
  • Coordinating more than 20 events every week ensuring logistics, coverage, stock, and reporting are spot on
  • Being available for weekend support by phone to solve any issues
  • Collaborating closely with the London HQ team twice a week
  • Growing your team and improving results steadily as the region expands

  • Experience managing people and performance in fast moving operational settings
  • A strong commercial mindset with a proven track record in sales growth

  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence presenting data insights

  • Comfortable working some weekends and providing live support
  • Based in or near Bristol to lead the Southwest region
