The promoter of this competition is Pure Pet Food ("Pure Pet Food", "we", "us", "our").
2.1 This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over who are registered Pure Pet Food Rewards customers.
2.2 To be eligible for a prize, entrants must:
Be a Pure Pet Food Rewards customer at the time of entry; and
Have an active Pure Pet Food plan at the time the winners are drawn.
2.3 Employees of Pure Pet Food, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this competition are excluded from entry.
3.1 The competition opens at 00:00 on 19 January 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 25 January 2026 (the "Competition Period").
3.2 Any game plays completed outside of the Competition Period will not count as valid entries.
4.1 Eligible customers may enter by playing the designated Rewards game during the Competition Period.
4.2 Each completed game play will count as one (1) entry into the competition.
4.3 There is no limit to the number of entries per person; the more times an eligible customer plays the game during the Competition Period, the more entries they will receive.
4.4 No additional purchase is required to enter, beyond holding an active Pure Pet Food plan.
5.1 The prize consists of credit equal to the value of one (1) 70g bag of Pure Pet Food treats, with a retail value of £3.49 (the "Prize").
5.2 The Prize will be provided as account credit, automatically applied to the winner’s Pure Pet Food account.
5.3 The credit may be used to select a flavour of the winner’s choice, subject to availability.
5.4 The Prize credit must be used before the winner’s next Pure Pet Food box is billed. Any unused credit after this time will be taken off next billed box.
5.5 The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
6.1 A total of one hundred (100) winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.
6.2 The draw will take place on 26th January 2026.
6.3 Winners will be notified on 26th January 2026 by email, confirming that the Prize credit has been added to their Pure Pet Food account.
6.4 Only entrants who meet the eligibility requirements at the time of the draw, including holding an active Pure Pet Food plan, will be eligible to win.
7.1 Account credit for the Prize will be automatically applied to the winner’s Pure Pet Food account following the winner announcement.
7.2 It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure their account details are correct and up to date.
8.1 Pure Pet Food reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or is suspected of fraudulent activity.
8.2 Pure Pet Food reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
8.3 The promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding.
8.4 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Pet Food shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from or in connection with this competition or the Prize, except where caused by negligence or fraud.
9.1 Any personal data provided as part of this competition will be processed in accordance with Pure Pet Food’s Privacy Policy and used solely for the purposes of administering the competition.
