1. Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
Available only to customers who place a qualifying order on www.purepetfood.com.
Customers are eligible to participate from their second order onwards.
A qualifying order must be above £19.99 in value.Employees of Pure Pet Food Ltd and their immediate families are excluded.
2. How to Play
After placing a qualifying order (from your second order onwards and above £19.99), you’ll receive an email inviting you to take part in Wheel of Pawtune.
The wheel will automatically spin and land on your outcome when you open the email.
If you’ve won a prize, you’ll be shown your reward immediately. You must then click the claim link to redeem your prize within 14 days of receiving the email. If not claimed within this time, the prize will expire.
Once claimed, you’ll receive a follow-up email with instructions on how to use your prize on your next order.
Prizes are only valid for your next order and must be used in line with the provided redemption details.
Please note: if you do not claim your prize within 14 days, it will be forfeited.
3. Prize Details
You have a 1 in 4 chance to win a prize when you take part in Wheel of Pawtune!
Prizes you could win include:
A tennis ball for your pup
£1, £5, or £10 off your next order
A free small bag of treats
A free box of food
A whole year of free dog food!
Prizes are awarded at random and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person. Pure reserve the right to alter the chances of winning at any time.
4. Claiming Your Prize
You must click the prize email and claim your reward within 14 days of receiving it.
All prizes are redeemable on your next order only.
Unclaimed prizes will automatically expire and cannot be reissued.
5. Limitations & Fair Play
One Game entry per qualifying order.
Orders must meet the qualifying value and be from your second order onwards.
This promotion is currently being run as a limited-time test. Pure Pet Food reserves the right to pause, amend, or end the Wheel of Pawtune promotion at any time, without prior notice or obligation to continue.
Attempts to manipulate, game, or abuse the system (including using multiple accounts or bots) will result in disqualification.
We reserve the right to withhold rewards if we believe the system is being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
6. Data & Privacy
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By playing, you consent to us (optionally) using your first name and region for promotional purposes (e.g., "Emily from Bristol just won £10 off!"), unless you opt out.
7. Liability
We are not liable for technical failures, delays in email delivery, or issues preventing prize redemption.
Our liability is limited to the value of the prize awarded.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
