1. Promoter: This giveaway is run by Pure Pet Food ("Pure," "we," "us").
2. Eligibility:
2.1 Open to UK residents aged 18+ only.
2.2 Employees of Pure Pet Food and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
2.3 Entrants must have a public Instagram profile to be verified as a valid entry.
2.4 Pure Pet Food reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and disqualify any participant found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
3. How to Enter:
3.1 To enter, participants must:
• Follow @purepetfood on Instagram.
• Like the giveaway post.
• Tag friends in the comments (each comment counts as one entry; multiple comments from the same account will only count once).
• Optional bonus entry: share the post to their Instagram story and tag @purepetfood.
 3.2 No purchase necessary. Entries submitted via any method other than as described above (e.g. buying entries, bots, fake accounts) will be disqualified.
4. Giveaway Period:
4.1 Entries open 7th July 2026 9:00AM and close 14th July 2026 12:00PM. Entries received after the closing time will not be counted.
5. Prize:
5.1 One winner will receive:
• 1x Pure Treat Bundle (7 packs, flavours as pictured).
• 1x Pure Topper Duo (Chicken & Beef).
• 1x Pure LickiMat Bundle.
5.2 The prize is as stated and non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered. Pure reserves the right to amend, substitute, or vary any items within the prize (including specific flavours, variants, or contents of the LickiMat Bundle), or to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value, at any time and without prior notice, whether due to stock availability or other circumstances beyond its control.
6. Winner Selection:
6.1 The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received within the giveaway period.
6.2 The winner will be announced on our Instagram story shortly after 14th July 2026 and contacted via direct message.
7. Claiming the Prize:
7.1 The winner must respond to the winning notification within 5 days with their delivery details. If they do not respond within this time, Pure reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Delivery:
8.1 The prize will be posted to a UK address only, within 2 working days of confirmation.
8.2 Pure is not responsible for items lost or delayed in the post.
9. Liability:
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Pet Food shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from or in connection with this competition or the Prize, except where caused by negligence or fraud.
10. Data:
10.1 Personal information (name, address, contact details) provided by the winner will only be used for the purpose of prize fulfilment and will not be shared with third parties, in line with our Privacy Policy.
11. Platform Disclaimer:
11.1 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
12. General:
12.1 Pure reserves the right to amend these terms, cancel, or withdraw the giveaway at any time without notice. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
